Dear Yogis,
DSMC normally conducts 10-day retreats at DSMC Manohara
Forest Centre.
The future dates planned for 2010 are as follows:

December, 2010 (planned full month retreat in
Bacom, Indonesia)

- Instruction will be given by the Sayadaw
providing guidance in English.
- Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis.
- This is a 8-Precept meditation retreat - no food is taken after midday
- The venue has kutis (living quarters) to accommodate practicing yogis
- Arrive by 8.30am for 9.00am start.
- Options available for shorter or longer retreats. Please discuss with us your intentions
- Day-retreat yogis, please bring a plate of food to share.
What to bring along with you:
- Comfortable clothes (preferable those that don't make too much noise)
- Own bed linen. We will provide pillow covers.
- Extra blanket
- Toiletries
Sabba Rasam Dhamma Rasam Jinati.
The taste of Dhamma excels all tastes.

make an appointment. All practice
instructions, talks
and teachings are conducted in English.

Time: 8:30 am - 5 :00 pm
Note: You have the option to attend only half
a day if you so
choose.
Venue: DSMC
Manohara or Springvale (please call to
confirm the venue)
Level: Can cater for all levels. Beginners are encouraged and welcome
as guidance will be provided
Sayadaw U Pandita will
provide guidance.
Cost: No charge. Donation is
appreciated.
- Lunch Dana:
Please bring a plate of dana to the Sangha and
Yogis followed by a
shared meal.
